Alright, another projector lamp replacement done! This Osram bulb from Projectorlamps.com seems much sturdier than the generics we've tried; hopefully, it can handle the daily grind in a classroom. The housing is solid too, and the fit was perfect - no wrestling it into place this time, thank goodness. It looks like it should hold up well over time.
