Finally got the Optoma back up and running with a new lamp! After trying a few sketchy options, the BL-FU400A from Projectorlamps.com with the Ushio bulb really hit the spot. The image is bright and clear again, and the price was way better than I expected for such a solid replacement. Now I can get back to fixing slices, not projectors!
