Okay, so the NEC projector was looking dim. I grabbed a replacement Ushio lamp for it from Projectorlamps.com, and I'm happy to report the install was a breeze! Seriously, it slid right into place, just like the original. I was worried it wouldn't fit perfectly, but it was a dead-on match.
