Alright, the new Ushio lamp from Projectorlamps.com is in my NEC NP305 and the picture is bright again! I was a bit worried about the build, but it seems solid, with no flimsy plastic in sight. The connectors felt secure when I plugged it in, and it all just *worked* – huge relief!
