Alright, finally got that NEC lamp swapped out! The housing felt a little flimsy when I was maneuvering it, but the Osram P-VIP bulb from Projectorlamps.com seems solid enough. Hopefully, this one lasts longer than the last, because wrestling with that plastic door wasn't exactly a highlight of my day. Now, back to simulating some sunshine.
