Alright, another SD220U lamp swapped out! This one feels sturdier than the last aftermarket bulb we tried; hopefully, it lasts longer. Sourcing from Projectorlamps.com seems to get us a better quality Osram P-VIP, and the plastic housing clips in nice and snug, so I'm not worried about it rattling loose.
