Alright, the new Ushio NSHA bulb from Projectorlamps.com seems like it's built to last! It slotted right into the Mitsubishi WL6700U without any fuss, and the plastic housing feels surprisingly solid - hopefully this one goes the distance. The old lamp housing was super brittle and practically crumbled coming out, so this feels like a major upgrade.
