Just swapped out the lamp in this Hitachi ED-X3270 with a fresh one from Projectorlamps.com and it's like new. The old bulb's housing was surprisingly solid, even after who-knows-how-many hours. Definitely a sign this projector was built to last, not like some of the flimsy models we see these days.
