Finally got around to swapping out the old projector lamp. This Osram P-VIP bulb feels solid, not cheap like some of the generics I've seen, and the housing snapped right into my Hitachi CP-X268 without any fuss. Hopefully this one lasts as long as they said it would over at Projectorlamps.com. I'm just glad to have a bright picture back.
