Alright, got that new Philips UHP bulb from Projectorlamps.com installed in the Boxlight N12 LNU. Seriously, couldn't have been easier; the whole thing took maybe five minutes, and it slotted right in like it was made for it, which, of course, it was! The picture is bright and crisp again, so back to the tee we go!
